Why one system
Agency software got unbundled a long time ago. You buy a rater, you buy a CRM, you buy a management system, and then you spend the rest of your career keeping them in agreement.
Every capability worth having, re-shopping the book at renewal, knowing which lead source produces bound premium, catching a lapse before the cancellation notice, needs those three things to be one thing. So we are building one thing.
