Site use

This website is operated under the name DBA BindIQ to provide information about the BindIQ platform and accept demo requests. You may use it for lawful evaluation, communication, and business purposes. You may not interfere with the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, submit unlawful material, or use automated means in a way that burdens or damages the site.

Intellectual property

The website and its original text, diagrams, branding, and design are owned by us or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and make ordinary internal copies for evaluating BindIQ, but you may not publish, sell, or materially adapt the site content without written permission. Names and marks belonging to others remain their owners' property.

The platform

Information on this website is not an offer to provide the BindIQ platform on any particular terms. Product access, service levels, data processing, payment, support, and other platform matters will be governed by a separate signed agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these website terms, the platform agreement controls for use of the platform.

External account integrations

When supported functionality is available, you may authorize BindIQ to connect to Google, Microsoft, or other third-party services. You represent that you have authority to connect the selected account, mailbox, calendar, and organization resources, and you are responsible for reviewing the requested permissions before consenting.

Depending on the features you enable and the permissions you grant, BindIQ may perform actions you request through the connected account, including sending messages and creating, updating, rescheduling, or cancelling calendar events. Those actions may be visible to recipients, attendees, account administrators, and the third-party provider. You remain responsible for message content, recipients, bookings, calendar selections, and instructions submitted through BindIQ.

BindIQ does not control Google's or Microsoft's availability, policies, permissions, rate limits, administrative restrictions, or service changes. Integration functionality may be interrupted if authorization is revoked, credentials expire or become invalid, required permissions are removed, a provider changes or suspends an API, an organization administrator blocks access, or the connected account becomes unavailable. BindIQ does not promise uninterrupted synchronization, message delivery, calendar consistency, or provider availability.

BindIQ may suspend a connection when necessary to protect users, tenants, third parties, or the service. You must not use connected email functionality for spam, phishing, harassment, unlawful messaging, impersonation, or violations of Google's, Microsoft's, or BindIQ's policies.

Disconnecting BindIQ does not necessarily recall sent email, remove provider calendar events, or reverse actions already completed. Third-party services remain governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

These terms describe how integrations will operate if you choose to connect an account and when the applicable feature is enabled. They do not state that email synchronization, sending, booking, or calendar functionality is currently available.

No warranty

The website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any other implied warranty. BindIQ is in active development, so features, specifications, and availability described here may change.

Messaging terms

The BindIQ Messaging Program sends requested demo scheduling, follow-up, quote-related informational messages, and separately consented product marketing. Transactional frequency varies with the request; marketing messages are limited to four per month. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Supported carriers may vary, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent is optional and is not a condition of any purchase, quote, demo, or service.

Liability limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. These limits apply only to this website; any limits relating to the BindIQ platform belong in the separate platform agreement.

Changes

We may update these terms when the website, our practices, or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted on this page. If a change is material, we may also provide a more prominent notice where appropriate.

Governing law

These terms and use of this website are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with authority in the State of Michigan will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to the website, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
