Last updated September 3, 2026. This policy applies to visitors of the BindIQ marketing website and, when functionality is offered, users who choose the optional connected-account integrations described below. It does not replace or supersede the agreement governing the use of the BindIQ platform by contracted agencies.

Scope

This policy explains how DBA BindIQ handles information submitted through this website and the optional connected-account integrations described below. It covers website visits, demo requests, contact messages, messaging preferences, and information accessed when a user chooses to connect an eligible Google or Microsoft account. A separate agreement will govern other data processed through the BindIQ platform itself.

What we collect

When you request a demo, we collect the information you enter and limited context about how you reached the form. That information may include:

  • Your name, work email, and phone number
  • Your agency name, number of locations, and states written
  • The product areas you want to see and any message you choose to send
  • Referral information and campaign parameters in the page address

Our hosting systems may also receive ordinary technical information needed to deliver the site, such as an IP address, browser type, device type, and request time.

Why we collect it

We use submitted information to respond to your request, arrange and prepare a relevant demonstration, and understand which parts of the product are useful to prospective agencies. We may also use it to protect the form from abuse, keep records of our conversations, and understand which website pages or campaigns lead to genuine inquiries. We do not sell personal information.

Storage and security

Demo-request information is stored in systems used to operate this website and manage business communications. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect it, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not place policyholder data, passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information in the message field.

Retention

We keep demo-request information while we respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable period afterward so we can maintain business records and avoid repeating the same outreach. Retention may be longer where required for legal, security, or recordkeeping purposes. You may ask us to delete your information using the contact details below, subject to any information we must retain.

Sharing and service providers

We share information only as needed to operate the website, store demo requests, send email, communicate with you, measure website use, or meet a legal obligation. Those recipients may include providers of hosting, databases, email delivery, business communications, security, and analytics. We may also disclose information if required by law or in connection with a business transaction, and we do not name a provider here unless its use has been confirmed.

Cookies and analytics

The site may use essential browser storage to remember choices such as your theme. We may also use limited analytics to understand page visits, referral sources, and form use. If optional analytics are added, they should be described here and offered with any choices required by applicable law.

SMS and mobile messaging

We collect a phone number when you provide it in a demo request or contact form. Transactional and marketing text-message consent are offered as separate, optional choices. Consent is never a condition of receiving a demo, getting a quote, making a purchase, or using BindIQ.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Message and data rates may apply. Transactional message frequency varies with the request; marketing messages are limited to four per month. Reply STOP to revoke consent or contact us at [email protected]. Reply HELP for help.

We retain consent records, including the choice made, language shown, timestamp, IP address, and user agent, for four years after the last interaction unless a longer period is required by law.

Email

We collect email addresses when you submit them or when an agency lawfully provides them for a requested service. We do not sell or rent email lists. Promotional email includes one-click unsubscribe, and we process unsubscribe requests within two days. We also suppress bounced addresses and spam complaints from future promotional sends.

Connected Google and Microsoft accounts

BindIQ may provide optional features that connect Google Accounts, Gmail, Google Calendar, Microsoft Accounts, Microsoft Outlook or Exchange Online mail, and Microsoft Calendar through Microsoft Graph. Connecting a Google or Microsoft account is optional and requires your explicit authorization through the provider's OAuth process. BindIQ does not receive or store your Google or Microsoft password.

Depending on the permissions you grant and the features you enable, BindIQ may receive:

  • Provider account identifiers, your name and email address, the OAuth permissions or scopes granted, token expiration, and connection status
  • Encrypted OAuth access and refresh credentials
  • Mailbox metadata and email content when email synchronization is enabled, including sender, recipients, subject, timestamps, and message and thread identifiers
  • Calendar lists, calendar identifiers, availability, event information, and information needed to create, update, reschedule, or cancel calendar events
  • Synchronization cursors and provider subscription identifiers needed to maintain the connection

BindIQ accesses this information only to provide features you request, such as connecting the account, displaying incoming and sent email, sending email on your behalf, checking calendar availability, synchronizing calendar changes, creating or updating calendar events associated with bookings, and maintaining or troubleshooting the integration. These capabilities may not all be available when account connection functionality first launches.

BindIQ is designed to request only the permissions needed for enabled features. OAuth credentials are encrypted at rest and are not intentionally exposed through API responses or application logs. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

BindIQ does not sell Google or Microsoft account data, does not use Google Workspace or Microsoft account data for advertising, and does not use this data to train general-purpose artificial intelligence or machine-learning models unless a future feature provides a separate, explicit disclosure and legally valid consent.

BindIQ does not allow humans to read your email or calendar content except with your affirmative permission, when necessary for a security or abuse investigation, when necessary to comply with law, or when the data has been aggregated or de-identified where legally permitted.

Connected-account data may be shared only with service providers necessary to operate BindIQ, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations, or when legally required. We retain connected-account data only as long as reasonably necessary for the disclosed purposes, legal obligations, security, dispute resolution, and enforcement.

When the applicable functionality is available, you may disconnect an integration through BindIQ. You may also revoke access through Google Account third-party access management or Microsoft account privacy and security settings. Disconnecting prevents new provider access but may not automatically delete information already synchronized into BindIQ. You may request deletion of connected-account data through the process in “Your choices and rights,” subject to information we must retain. Information held by the provider remains subject to the Google Privacy Policy or Microsoft Privacy Statement.

BindIQ's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other application will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Microsoft account access uses delegated permissions authorized by you through Microsoft's identity platform and Microsoft Graph. BindIQ can act only within the permissions you grant, and you may revoke those permissions through Microsoft account or organizational security controls. A Microsoft 365 administrator may independently restrict or approve application access for an organization.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of personal information, or to object to certain uses. Email us to make a request; we may need to verify that the request relates to you before acting on it.
